In Episodes 29 and 30 I talked about the .45-70 government, which is a cartridge that, while very popular among certain hunters, doesn’t get much mainstream attention. Well, today’s episode is about another cartridge that fits that description: the 35 Remington.

Like the .45-70, the 35 Remington is a pretty old cartridge that’s still quite capable under certain conditions. It’s still hanging around, but I’d say that the 35 Remington is one of the most under-rated brush cartridges in North America today. Well today, we’re going to talk about why that’s the case.
