Brad Watts – Why You Need To Hunt With A Muzzleloader
I first started hunting with a muzzleloader back in 2013 in an effort to take advantage of the great muzzleloader hunting opportunities available in Washington. Though there was certainly a learning curve involved with making that transition, I enjoyed some great hunting opportunities that would not have otherwise been open to me if I’d stuck with a centerfire rifle.
So with that in mind, I interviewed Brad Watts of Muzzle-Loaders.com and we discussed hunting with a muzzleloader in detail. We discussed the different types of muzzleloaders, the capabilities and limitations of modern muzzleloaders, the advantages of hunting with a muzzleloader, some specific muzzleloader equipment recommendations, and what states offer particularly good muzzleloader hunting opportunities.
